/&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;KUKU&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i)Kilatkan kuku&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cara 1&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lumurkan bawang putih sekerap yang mungkin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cara 2&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ambil bbrp biji belimbing muda&lt;br /&gt;bersihkan&lt;br /&gt;Potong 2, gunakan bhgn dlmnya&lt;br /&gt;Gosok pada kuku berulang kali&lt;br /&gt;Tunngu hingga kering&lt;br /&gt;Bilas dgn air suam&lt;br /&gt;Buat sekerap yang anda mahu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Atasi kuku bernanah&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ambil bbrp ketul kunyit hidup&lt;br /&gt;Kisar halus ambil /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Hilangkan parut jerawat&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ambil bbrp helai daun sirih&lt;br /&gt;celur dlm air panas&lt;br /&gt;Gosokkan dibhgn muka yg berparut&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Kecutkan jerawat batu&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara 1&lt;br /&gt;Sapukan gincu bibir pada jrawat sblm tidur&lt;br /&gt;Cara 2&lt;br /&gt;Ambil kayu cendana, asahkan.Sapukan pada tmpat putih dan kuning&lt;br /&gt;Campurkan putih telur dgn sesudu teh madu lebah&lt;br /&gt;Kacau sebati&lt;br /&gt;Sapukan pada muka, kecuali bhgn mata dan mulut&lt;br /&gt;Biarkan kering selama 1 jam&lt;br /&gt;Bilas dgn air suam&lt;br /&gt;Lapkan&lt;br /&gt;Amalkan 2 kali seminggu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;RAMBUT&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt; Suburkan rambut&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ambil 2 biji telur &lt;br /&gt;Pukul hingga sebati&lt;br /&gt;Sapukan sebatian pada kulit kepala&lt;br /&gt;Urut&lt;br /&gt;kulit kepala perlahan-lahan 5 minit&lt;br /&gt;Pastikan meresap ke dlm kulit kepala&lt;br /&gt;Bilas dgn air suam kuku&lt;br /&gt;Ulangi langkah setiap malam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;KULIT&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Hilangkan parut baru&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ambil sedikit ubat gigi&lt;br /&gt;Sapukan sebelum masuk tidur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cerahkan kulit badan&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ambil segenggam asam jawa&lt;br /&gt;Satu cawan santan&lt;br /&gt;Gaul rata setiap kali sebelum mandi&lt;br /&gt;Sapukan sbg lulur badan&lt;br /&gt;biARKAN selama 10-15 minit&lt;br /&gt;Bilas atau mandi sperti biasa&lt;br /&gt;Lakukan setiap minggu. InsyaAllah. Kulit badan lembut, cerah berseri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Hapuskan panau&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i) Cara 1&lt;br /&gt;Ambil 2 ulas bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;Kupas kulit, Bakar 30 saat, tumbuk hingga lumat,&lt;br /&gt;Bacakan selawat 3kali,Sapukan di atas panau&lt;br /&gt;Biarkan semalaman&lt;br /&gt;Amalkan 2kali seminggu.InsyaAllah, panau beransur hilang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ii) Cara 2&lt;br /&gt;Basuh aloevera bersih2&lt;br /&gt;Kisar halus, &lt;br /&gt;sblm masuk tidur, slps mandi,sapukan getah pada panau hingga kering.&lt;br /&gt;Amalkan setiap hari.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ubat kurap&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tumbuk lengkuas muda&lt;br /&gt;Campurkan dgn asam jawa hingga sebati&lt;br /&gt;Sapukan pada kurap sekali sehari&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Hilangkn bau badan&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rendam bbrp kuntum bunga cengkih hingga kembang.&lt;br /&gt;Minum airnya3 hr brturut2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;B&gt;PETUA PUAN HAMIDAH&lt;/B&gt;&lt;br /&gt;a)Menghaluskan kulit&lt;br /&gt;Cara 1&lt;br /&gt;Belimbing besi masak ranum diramas dengan Asam jawa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara 2&lt;br /&gt;biji pinang muda yang masih berlendir.&lt;br /&gt;Sapukan pada kulit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara 3&lt;br /&gt;Goreng  kemudian Tumbuk beras pulut halus spt tepung.&lt;br /&gt;Campur dgn bedak sejuk.&lt;br /&gt;Jadikan lulur badan. panas,kemudian&lt;br /&gt;ditumbuk/blender halus&lt;br /&gt;4:Udang kering - 10 gram ditumbuk/blender halus&lt;br /&gt;5: Daging - suka hati banyak mana , direbus dan dihiris keping-keping nipis&lt;br /&gt;6:Bawang merah - 6 biji ditumbuk/blender halus&lt;br /&gt;7:Bawang putih - 3 biji ditumbuk/blender halus&lt;br /&gt;8:Telur - 1 biji 1 orang&lt;br /&gt;9:Sotong- 2 ekor sederhana besar , dipotong /&gt;Nissan(gula melaka)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CARA MASAK:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First sekali, tanak nasi.. Letak byk2 air. Atleast separuh lebih sket drpda kuantiti nasi..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ayam @Ikan lak rebus dulu, baru siang. Ambik isi dia je tau.. Dalam 3 inci panjang&lt;br /&gt;3 - 4 batang serai&lt;br /&gt;2 inci halia&lt;br /&gt;2 inci/ulas kunyit hidup&lt;br /&gt;10 biji cili kering&lt;br /&gt;6 - 7 ulas bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;2 -3 ulas bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;1 cawan santan pekat&lt;br /&gt;1 paket (40 - 50 g) kerisik&lt;br /&gt;1 keping asam gelugor (atau sedikit air asam jawa)&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu minyak masak&lt;br /&gt;2 sudu minyak sapi&lt;br /&gt;Garam &amp; sedikit gula secukup rasa.&lt;br /&gt;Daun kunyit&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara-cara Memasak&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Bersihkan ayam dan toskan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Cili kering, bawang merah, bawang putih, halia, lengkuas, serai dan kunyit hidup dikisar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Panaskan api, masukkan minyak masak dan minyak sapi dalam kuali.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Bila minyak dah panas, masukkan bahan yang dikisar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Masukkan kerisik dan kacau sehingga pecah minyak dan naik bau. Harum semerbak bau dia tau.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Bila campuran yang ditumis dah pecah minyak masukkan ayam ke dalam tumisan tadi. Kacau sehingga sebati. Biarkan sekejap (dalam 5 minit).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. Masukkan santan dan 2 cawan air (atau ikut suka nak pekat mana kuah nya tu).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8. Masukkan, garam dan sedilit gula (1 sudu pun dah OK, lebih elok kalau gula merah), asam keping dan hirisan daun kunyit ke dalam masakan dan biarkan mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9. Panaskan minyak dalam periuk, dan tumiskan bahan2 yang dikisar (Bahan A). &lt;br /&gt;   2. Masukkan juga serai yang telah diketuk. Tumis sehingga pecah minyak. &lt;br /&gt;   3. Masukkan daging yang telah dipotong. Masak sehingga empuk. Dalam proses ini, sedikit air perlu ! &lt;br /&gt;   4. ditambah, hanya utk meng empokkan daging. &lt;br /&gt;   5. Bila daging telah empok, masukkan ayam. Masak lagi sehingga ayam 3/4 masak. Tambahkan air hingga paras air tu... 1 1/2 kali ganda dari bahan2 yang ada didalam periuk tu. &lt;br /&gt;   6. Masukkan udang jika berminat. Masak lagi hingga air mengelegak. &lt;br /&gt;   7. Masukkan lobak merah, putik jagung dan bunga kobis. Masukkan juga daun limau purut. Cili api yg telah diketuk (pastikan dulu tahap kepedasannya - mungkin anda telah berpuas hati). &lt;br /&gt;   8. Masukkan jua... tomato dan bawang besar, serta batang saleri. Sos ikan dan garam serta bahan perasa jika berminat. Pastikan mengelegak.... dan tutupkan api. &lt;br /&gt;   9. Akhir sekali masukkan perahan air limau....
